As the lead instructor and office manager for Alpha Training & Consulting, John has helped hundreds of professionals achieve their ASQ certification goals and advance their careers in quality.

Professional Background

John began his career in manufacturing, where he developed a deep understanding of quality processes and continuous improvement methodologies. His experience spans multiple industries, including aerospace, medical devices, and consumer products, giving him a diverse perspective that enriches his teaching.

Prior to joining Alpha Training & Consulting, John served as a Quality Manager for a leading aerospace components manufacturer, where he led the implementation of comprehensive quality management systems and mentored teams in process improvement techniques. His success in building effective quality programs led him to pursue his passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.

John holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Utah and a Master's degree in Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He has also completed specialized training in advanced statistical methods, design of experiments, and adult education techniques.
